You Are Invited For A Free Real Estate Training Call Tonite…

As you know, David Phelps and I just finished an incredible
two day event “Creating Cash Flow Secrets” in
Dallas.

Tonight, Wednesday, March 14th at 8 pm CST,
David and I will be doing our monthly coaching call
and decided that we wanted to let you listen in
and find out what transformational ideas our
attendees came away with.

Here’s the call info:

Wednesday, March 14th
9:00 p.m. Eastern time / 8:00 p.m. Central Time

Option #1

We covered a lot of material and had some super-
experts as guest speakers:

Mr. Eddie Speed – did two sessions, one on Seller
Financing and the investment opportunity in real
estate notes and one on Non-Performing Notes and
the opportunity today to take advantage of the
distressed marketplace.

Mr. John Groom, CPA – gave some super ninja tax
strategies. One in particular he explained how
investment dealers – those who buy and sell and
therefore are subject to the highest tax rates,
can completely negate those taxes with one simple
strategy – how much would that save you each
year?

Mr. Quincy Long, Quest IRA, Inc owner – showed
how to set up and use Self-Directed IRA accounts
to maximize your investment strategies and realize
the compounded gains completely tax-free.

David and I covered the strategies that are making
us the highest re turns with less risk as well as
HOW to find the deals.

If you couldn’t make the event, we will have the
entire event recordings available within a few
weeks.  We will be accepting pre-orders at a
significant discount – stay tuned to the call to
find out how you can obtain this information.

Hope to see you on the call!

Hi there! My husband and I both enjoy your blog. We’ve been in Omaha for about four years. We don’t have any imvtsenent property here, but we did have a very profitable single-family rental in St. Louis. My question to you is this: What areas of town rent the fastest? If we were to look for another imvtsenent property that was as close to a sure thing as one could expect, where should we be looking? Our preference would probably be a duplex or other multi-unit property for the cash flow. We aren’t immediately ready to pull the trigger on this; just in the research phase for now.
