Jerry Ricci provides the path he has taken for the past 10 years that has create a lifetime real estate cash flow. In 2008 at the age of 50 he lost 50% of his portfolio investment in a period of 3 months. His path started as a teacher, which he then left and began his pursuit of real estate investing. Now he has a great cash flow model that provides him with steady income streams each and every month.
